Entry No.7

I just finished reading The Bucolic Plaugue. I love, love, love this book. The book is about a successful gay couple living in New York City and their purchase of the Beekman Mansion in upstate New York. They soon become fruit and vegetable farmers, goat caretakers and proprietors of a mail order goat's milk soap business all while keeping their day jobs. The book documents their trials and tribulations of fulfilling their dreams of living the simple life but there is no short cut to seeing their vision through. They star in their own reality tv show called The Fabulous Beekman Boys and I can hardly wait to tune in. Below is a youtube video of the show. It looks hilarious!
